You won’t surprise anyone with an ordinary scooter, but a homemade scooter with wheels from a motorcycle, and even with a bicycle motor is already a really good thing!
In this case, the author uses two wheels from the Tula motorcycle and the F50 cycle motor. Round steel pipes, profile pipes and some spare parts from an old bicycle will also be required.
First of all, the author cuts off a part of the frame with a wheel from a bicycle. He welds the front fork from pieces of round pipes.
The main stages of work
At the next stage, the master makes the frame and the base of the scooter from the sections of the profile pipe. We weld everything into a single design.
An asterisk will need to be attached to the rear wheel of the scooter. Then we install the cycle motor.
After the engine is installed, you will need to make a "seat" for the gas tank.
We clean all metal parts of the scooter from rust and dirt, after which we paint with spray paint from a spray can.
After painting, we collect all the elements of the scooter together, install the engine and other necessary parts and accessories, including the footboard.
