The first step is to find a piece of wood plank, from which we cut two pieces of the desired length.
After that, saw off the workpiece of the same length, but from plywood. The inner part is cut out in the shape of a blade.
The main stages of work
At the next stage, in wooden blanks, the author makes small indentations with a drill. After that, we glue together all three parts.
After the glue dries, we process the resulting workpiece on an emery or grinding machine. You need to make it rounded.
Then it remains only to paint the scabbard. If you wish, you can give them a more expressive appearance by making a decorative element from an ordinary lace.
