Anyone who at least once cooked barbecue at home in an electric barbecue, oven or other way will understand me - it's just fried meat and nothing more.
So this is impossible? I suggest you familiarize yourself with the way in which you can cook barbecue at home in the oven and which will be as similar as possible to the real one. I sincerely recommend this recipe to apartment residents.
So what is all the trick? It's simple: you need to add a little charcoal when cooking. Do not be alarmed, your house will not be mired in smoke. They only add flavor to the product and that’s it.
Will need
- Kebab meat of your choice (take pork with layers).
- Onion.
- Pepper, salt, favorite seasonings.
- Charcoal - sold in paper bags at the store.
You will also need wooden skewers or ordinary skewers, aluminum foil, a baking sheet.
Cooking barbecue in a charcoal oven
It is better to take meat with streaks of fat, then the kebab will be juicy and not dry. Cut the meat into medium sized pieces.
Cut onions and add to the bowl with meat.
Add salt, seasonings. You can add a tablespoon of sunflower oil. To speed up the process, you can add mayonnaise or a tablespoon of bite, and it is better to squeeze half a lemon.
Mix well and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
We put meat on skewers or skewers.
Now you need to prepare the coal. It must be ignited; for these purposes, a gas burner can be used. Put 6-7 small coals in a metal dish and put on fire.
If you have a grill in the oven, then it’s even easier - we put the coals on a tray and put it under the hot grill for 10 minutes, and they should be hot.
We cover the inner surface of the pan with foil. We place the skewer. Between them we lay out hot coals.
We put in the oven preheated to 220 degrees Celsius.
45-50 minutes and the kebab is ready!
The result is excellent! Hot, juicy, with smoke - you will lick your fingers!
As you can see, a real barbecue at home is quite real.
