Step-by-step Herring Cleansing Action Plan
1. Prepare a place for cutting fish. You can use a retro newspaper and a newspaper, but it is better to lay out the herring on baking paper. In order to save, the already used one will do. Hands are protected with one-time gloves if you do not want them to smell like fish. It is most convenient to take a knife narrow and not very long. Let's start with the head. Cut it along with the fins.
2. Cut the abdomen of herring, clean it from the insides. If there is caviar inside, it can be set aside separately. She is quite edible.
3. We clean with a knife the films inside the herring. Cut off the lower fins.
4. Along the ridge we make a shallow incision and remove the upper fin.
5. There are two options for further cleaning. The first is to first remove the skin from the herring, and then release it from the bones. The second is to first separate the bones, and then remove the skin. In our case, the second scenario is selected. We firmly take the herring for two halves of the tail and turn it away from us, as if it were doing a somersault. A small crack appeared on the tail. We pull the herring by two halves of the tail in different directions. It turns into two halves in front of our eyes: one is almost boneless, in the second half there is a ridge with rib bones.
6. Using a knife or knife, we separate the ridge and bones from the second half of the herring. We carefully examine it and remove the bones that remain.
7. We clean the herring from the skin, starting from the point of cut of the head.
8. Once again, we clean the film with a knife, remove the small bones with our hands. Herring is ready. We turn off all waste into used paper and throw it away.
