In order to make a box of paper you will need:
- Office paper of different colors
- Scissors
- Glue
- Brush
- Handle shaft (for twisting)
- Cover (form for casket)
Strips of the same size should be cut out of paper. I do this using Microsoft Office Word. I create a document and insert a table (1-column, 42 rows), then stretch it to the entire sheet and print. It turns out strips of 5 mm and two extremes of 1 cm.
Getting started:
We make the basis of the box. From paper of the color you need (I chose blue), we twist a free spiral -26 pcs.
Lubricate with glue and allow the parts to dry, so they will become denser. After that, insert them into the lid and give the shape of a circle.
Then we make still free spirals of a different color. Size should be slightly larger. We put the details in a form in two rows.
We still have a middle ground. To do this, I glued two strips of different colors and twisted a large free spiral.
The lower part of the box is ready. In the same way we make the lid of our casket. Now we begin to manufacture the walls of the casket. I twisted loose spirals in advance and glued the columns out of them.
To do this, I needed 35 free spirals, that is, for one column of 5 spirals. Only 7 columns. You can do more or less. When the columns dried, I began to stick them to the bottom of the box. At first it is very difficult because they come off and therefore they must be pressed and held.
Again, we glue the box with glue and let it dry. After that, we proceed to the assembly. We twist the yellow yellow spirals and insert them into the walls of the casket.
Glue another large spiral on top, but only squeeze it a little so that it takes the shape of an oval.
Now we glue the bezel for the box, for this we also use free spirals of blue color.
Coat with glue, allow to dry and glue to the box.
Now decorate the box cover. Here you can dream up. I made two flowers, one of which is made by gluing two strips of different colors.
So our box is ready, it remains to smear it a couple more times with glue and you can use it.
